河北科技大学硕士学位论文 11 万方数据 AbstractToday Abstract Today the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce．The competition has not only reflected in the product price，quality and service，but also reflected in the transfer efficiency of enterprises’logistics，information flow and value stream．It is the time to improve enterprise management level and optimize business processes．So information technology has become enterprises’inevitable choice． In this paper,by taking R Group for the study and analyzing the R Group’S internal factors and external environment through SWOT analysis model，we can draw a conclusion that it’S needed for the implementation of the ERP system of R Group．After a detailed summary of the Group R problems and the needs of ERP system，we designed solutions about the fmancial management，coordination office，and collaborative manufacturing supply chain，quality management module．According to the theory，we adjusted the Group’S organizational structure．Then we redesigned a branch of business processes and adjusted the ERP system files submitted for approval standard processes．By the implementation of ERP system based on the design of the solution，we estimated the risk of ERP systems and provided the measures to control the risks．Finally we analyzed the benefits for Group of ERP system through various indicators，and showed the effect produced by the ERP system． R group achieved the integration of internal information systems through the successful implementation of the ERP system，and effectively improved business processes and the overall management level of the Group．And R group enhanced the operational capacity of workers and reduced management costs．At the same time，the R group’S level of business and the real economy efficiency has been improved significantly． So the research on ERP project implementation of R group is of practical significance and refe：rence value for the information development of domestic enterprises． Key words enterprise i
