/ 实践探索/Practice Exploration 残疾人社会关注度状况分析* ——以哈尔滨市为例 ■石开铭 李继武 郝 芹 徐 冲 【摘要】 残疾人是一个特殊困难的弱势群体，对残疾人的关注程度是衡量社会文明的重要标志。 为了掌握社会对残疾人的了解和关心程度，哈尔滨市对社会不同职业群体进行了调查，调查分析结 果表明，社会目前存在关注残疾人的群体少、残疾人自身条件很难吸引社会关注、社会对残疾人的 歧视造成社会关注度降低等问题，需要挖掘潜在关注残疾人的群体、积极宣传和引导社会广泛关注 残疾人，残疾人也要主动融入社会争取关注，以提高社会对残疾人的关心和重视程度，推动社会和 谐与文明进程。 【关键词】 残疾人 ；社会关注度 ；残疾人事业 ；弱势群体 Analysis of Social Concern Degree for the Disabled --Taking Harbin City as an Example SHI Kai-ming, LI Ji-wu, HAO Qin, XU Chong 【 】The disabled people is a vulnerable group with special difficulties. Social concern Abstract degree for the disabled is an important indicator of social civilization. In order to obtain the extent of social understanding and caring for the disabled, Harbin city carried out extensive investigations among different occupation groups. The results showed that at present there are few social groups who concerned with the disabled; the disability issue is difficult to attract the attention of society; social discrimination against the disabled people result in reduced social concern, Etc.
