变革的趋向：转型期的学校文化生态研究学科专业：教育学原理 变革的趋向：转型期的学校文化生态研究 学科专业：教育学原理 研究方向：教育原理 指导教师：张诗亚教授 研究生：徐书业(200004) 内容摘要 当代中国的学校教育正经历着一场深刻的整体性变革，其实质是学校文化的转 型，是学校文化生态范型的转换，是师生生存方式的根本改变。 本文立足于当代中国社会转型的宏观背景和思想领域的文化反思，以哲学、文化 学、生态学及相关的横断科学为方法论基础，理论思辩与实证研究相结台，并综合运 用文献法、调查法、人类学田野考察法等，对社会转型时期学校文化生态的有关理论 与实践问题进行了深入的研究。论文从生态理念的普适性和学校文化的生态本性两个 方面阐述了学校文化的生态属性；以历时性与共时性结合的方式，从教育范式、教育 理想、组织规范、活动形态、学校文化精神等方面探讨了学校文化生态的系统结构， 并在理论与实践两个维度上提出深入研究学校文化生态的重大意义，为新的学校文化 生态的建构作了前提性、合理性的理论辩护。以此为基础，对学校文化危机、学校文 化生态的主要问题等学校文化生态现状进行了分析。 论文提出，转型期的学校变革，需要学校自身的文化自觉，在建构良性的学校文 化生态的过程中，需要凝结“生命——创造——审美”的学校文化精神。 关键词：社会转型，学校变革，学校文化生态，教育范式，教育理想，生命 Tendenoy Tendenoy to Reform：the study of eGO I ogy of sohoo I CB I ture i n 800 i a l transformat i on Major：Theory ofEducation Spec i a I ty：Educational Theory Tutor：Professor Zhang Shi Ya Author：Xu Shu Ye Abstract Today,the schooling in China is going through a profound transformation．It is an essential transformation of the culture and the ecology culture paradigm iB schools． which is a fundamental change ofthe way teachers and students exist The dissertation has been done on the grand background of social transformation in Chinareflection upon culture in thought field The dissertation is based on such methodologies as philosophy,culture,ecology and crossing sciences，combined theory thoughts with demonstration research，and other methods，like that of literature， investigation and study on-the．spot and so on．The main topic of the dissertation is the theory and practice of the ecology of the culture in schools in the time of social transformation According to the universality of the theory of ecology＆the ecology nature of culture in schools．the dissertation set forth the ecology attribute of culture in school；the educational paradigm，educational ideal，criterion of educational organizing， the form of educational activities and the spirit of school are discussed in the dissertation in the way of historical tensepresent common tense We have pointed out the significance of the research
