我国制造型中小企业存货管理探析 ［摘要］制造型屮小企业覆盖我国国民经济各个领域，是吸纳就业的主要载体，是许多大 型企业的基石，且具有旺盛的生命力。引导中小企业繁荣发展，成为提高经济增速，促进可 持续发展的关键。另一方面，世界经济危机的蔓延与扩散，外需萎缩，企业内部管理存在很 多的问题，制造型中小企业面临许多困境。在内部管理中，存货管理水平的高低，直接影响 制造型中小企业的口常运行、长远发展。本文根据存货采购、生产、销售的顺序，指出了制 造型中小企业存货管理的主耍缺陷，思考并分析了其中的原因，最后提出了相应策略；适时 存货管理制度、经济订货量模型、物资需求计划、供应商管理库存等，以达到提高资金使用 效率，适应外部形势新变化，提升企业竞争力的目的。从而改变低端代工的局面，使中国制 造转变为中国智造，最终实现中国创造。 ［关键字］我国制造型中小企业 存货管理 经济订货量 An elementary exploration of the inventory management in SMEs [Abstract] As an integral part of Chinas natio nal econo my, s small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SMEs) play an irreplaceable role in the swift growth of national economy, the labor absorption and employment, and the building-up of a harmonious society. However, SMEs are confronted with difficulties owing to the sprawling world economic crisis, the shrinking oversea market demands and the unsolved problems in the inner managements among which the inventory management is closely related to the day-today operation and the further development of the SMEs. This paper will probe into the main problems found in the inventory management of SMEs, analyze the main causes of those problems, and develop countermeasures by computer technology so as to enhance the efficiency use of fun ds, to improve flexibility in dealing with exter nal situations and to promote enterprise competitiveness. Thus the role as a low-end OEM will be upgraded and the phrase “made in China” will evolve into the sublime “ made by China” exemplifying the creators surging independenee and creativity.
