The kit is accurate with high sensitivity in detecting samples, and the minimum detectable amount is 0.125 ng. Dif- ferent carrier samples from the same source have the same identity, high species specificity, and good anti-inhibitory effect. It has high sensitivity in the presence of female DNA or other male DNA (19:1). Stable results can be acquired between different batches of reagents. It has consistency for common blood samples, saliva, bones, and other common samples, and it got complete typing in different PCR environments.
