；簪 ；簪 摘要 ● Abstract This article is on the basis of selective PE course status in Fuzhou high schools， summed up their impact factors and the strategies of effective implement selective PE COurSe．This is very meaningful to provide a useful reference for future implementation of selective PE course in Fuzhou hi曲schools． Selective PE course status in Fuzhou higll schools、factors、strategies and the student’S changes in physical healthy are the main content of this study,applied literature， questionnaire survey method，interviews，field study method，hands-on method， mathematical statistics，logical analysis and other methods to study them．Investigated subjects include 63 physical education teachers in 21 higll schools and 583 students in 8 schools in Fuzhou．The results showed that there are 1 3 main factors and put forward related measures．Selective PE course teaching in Fuzhou hilgh schools have advantages and disadvantages．First，Selective PE course teaching is conducive to PE teachers to play the specialty．Second，in a certain sense reflect the concept of”people-oriented”concept， and meet the desire for students to choose the learning content and interest．Third，the small class teaching help teachers implement the tiered teaching that based on students diversity．disadvantages also exist．First，site equipment，facilities，teacher qualifications and the objective conditions in Fuzhou high schools can not fully satisfy the implement of selective PE course teaching．Second，the teaching ability of teachers will lead to different teaching effectiveness．Third，Physical health status of students in different schools is different．The situation of students participating in extra-curricular physical exercise is not optimistic． Keywords：Fuzhou；selective PE course in hi曲Schools；physical health； statuS III j} j} 飞 IV ，、L-『 ，、L-『 中文文摘 中文文摘 ‘新的社会背景，新的时代要求给我国的高中体育课带来了新的气象，新变化。 福州市高中体育选项课教学经过三年的实践检验，现在正走在分叉路口的时候，本 文应用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实地考察法、亲身实践法，数理统计法、 逻辑分析法等方法对福州市21所中学的63名高中体育教师以及五所
