;簪 ;簪 摘要 ● Abstract This article is on the basis of selective PE course status in Fuzhou high schools, summed up their impact factors and the strategies of effective implement selective PE COurSe.This is very meaningful to provide a useful reference for future implementation of selective PE course in Fuzhou hi曲schools. Selective PE course status in Fuzhou higll schools、factors、strategies and the student’S changes in physical healthy are the main content of this study,applied literature, questionnaire survey method,interviews,field study method,hands-on method, mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other methods to study them.Investigated subjects include 63 physical education teachers in 21 higll schools and 583 students in 8 schools in Fuzhou.The results showed that there are 1 3 main factors and put forward related measures.Selective PE course teaching in Fuzhou hilgh schools have advantages and disadvantages.First,Selective PE course teaching is conducive to PE teachers to play the specialty.Second,in a certain sense reflect the concept of”people-oriented”concept, and meet the desire for students to choose the learning content and interest.Third,the small class teaching help teachers implement the tiered teaching that based on students diversity.disadvantages also exist.First,site equipment,facilities,teacher qualifications and the objective conditions in Fuzhou high schools can not fully satisfy the implement of selective PE course teaching.Second,the teaching ability of teachers will lead to different teaching effectiveness.Third,Physical health status of students in different schools is different.The situation of students participating in extra-curricular physical exercise is not optimistic.
