The impact of students’ physical qualities of the development of the middle-distance teaching in the sub plateau region ——in three Huize county high schools as the research object ? Abstract: There are many students having no desires in middle-long distance race, because of the geographical environment and the climate of the sub plateau region. In order to improve students’ physical qualities; it should be paid more attention to the value and the significance of the exercise; it should be had a clear idea of the importance of the exercise. Teachers should make the students take part in the running activity actively by having interesting teaching methods. All in all, it should make students have desire in doing sports happily.
