西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第l页 摘 要 城市物流是城市经济的重要组成部分，是城市经济稳定运行的基础保障。 城市物流的发展对改进和提高整个城市经济运行质量，提升城市综合竞争力， 具有十分重要的意义。随着世界经济的快速发展和现代科学技术的进步，对 城市物流的发展提出了更高的要求。探寻不同的城市物流发展模式，为决策 者提供科学的模式选择的依据，使物流发展模式更加适合城市物流与城市经 济的协调发展，已逐步成为当今学术领域研究的重要课题。 城市物流发展模式的研究是城市物流发展规划的重要组成部分，是城市 物流发展规划的核心问题，其科学、正确与否，在很大程度上决定着城市物 流发展总体规划方案的成败。本文在分析城市物流、城市物流规划以及城市 物流发展模式的选择对城市物流规划的重要性的基础上，研究了城市物流发 展模式的内涵，总结了国外典型的区域物流发展模式的类型，并分别从地理 区位条件、产业因素、物流产业特色三个不同的角度来研究城市物流发展模 式的主要类型。其次，研究影响城市物流模式选择的主要因素，构建影响因 素指标体系，提出了基于优势因素的城市物流发展模式选择的方法。通过分 析目标城市的各项潜在物流发展优势来确定影响物流发展模式选择的优势因 素，从优势因素的角度出发制定发展策略，充分发挥和引导优势因素，形成 有地区特色的物流发展模式。 通过剖析成都地区物流发展模式分析的实例，对模式选择的具体应用进 行了实证分析，并对论文的成果进行总结，指出了研究的不足，同时提出了 今后的研究方向。 关键词：城市物流规划；城市物流发展模式；优势因素；模糊综合评价 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第lI页 Ab stract Urban logistics is one of the most important parts of the urban economy． Developing energetically urban logistics will improve and enhance the circulation quality of the city,consummate the modem function of the city,as well as upgrade general competition ability．With the fast development of the world economy and the modem science and technology,the development of urban logistics has put forward higher requirements．The study on the different development mode，has provided basis for the mode of choice and make the Logistics development mode suit to urban logistics and economy．This has become all important subject of academic research． Urban Logistics development mode is an important component of the modem logistics development planning．The decision—making of urban logistics development mode iS the Core issues of the modem logistics development planning and determine the success of the logistics development planning programme．Firstly,this paper introduces urban logistics and urban logistics planning，discusses the basic concept of urban logistics development mode．On this basis，sums up foreign typical regional logistics development mode type， Studies on the main types of urban logistics development mode from geographic location conditions，i
