A A Report Translating Hefeng勋w into English 摘要 《荷风细语》是邓东亮创作的一部摄影双语作品集，已于2015年年底正式出 版，其中中文由作者自己撰写，英文则委托导师和笔者翻译。该作品以荷花为创 作主题，分“荷韵”、“荷殇”、“荷梦”三章，艺术地展示荷花温润洁净之貌、出 尘离染之德、洁身自好之举，意境细腻，文采斐然，具有一定的文学价值与艺术 价值。从2014年8月开始，笔者便在导师的指导下试译部分篇章，之后邓东亮先 生不断充实与修改原文，笔者也根据其修改后的版本不断审校与完善译文，整个 翻译过程长达一年半之久。 在翻译过程中，笔者发现每幅图的小标题短小精悍、意蕴悠长，而对每幅图 的解说文字则近似于散文诗。如何将优美的标题和解说文字在译文中也呈现出来， 笔者认为刘宓庆在《翻译美学导论》一书中阐述的审美再现方法为笔者的翻译提 供了思路，因此本文拟从翻译美学视角对笔者自己的翻译进行述评。 根据笔者在翻译过程中的经验与感受，我们可以肯定翻译美学在文学性作品 翻译研究中具有的极高价值，但也应看到由于文化差异等诸多因素，该理论还存 在一定的局限性，仍需不断充实与完善。 关键词：《荷风细语》；翻译美学；审美再现 II 万方数据 湖南大学硕士学位论文Abstract 湖南大学硕士学位论文 Abstract When the Waterlily Whispers with Wet Breeze，which has been published at the end of the year 201 5，is a bilingual photography collection created by Mr． Deng Dongliang．As the author of this book，Mr．Deng Dongliang entrusted my supervisor and 1 with this translation task．Taking the waterlily as its creation object，this book is divided into such three chapters as“Charms ofthe Waterlily”， “Endless Pathos of the Waterlily’’and“Dreams of the Waterlily”．showcasing artistically the waterlily’S looks of mildness and spotlessness，virtues of purity and sanctity，and actions of clearness and integrity．So this photography COllection iS a book with a certain literature value and artistic value．From August 20 1 4，I tried to translate parts of it under the guidance of my supervisor， after that，Mr．Deng Dongliang revised and matured the source text constantly，SO I proofread and polished the translation version according to the revised text． The whole process lasted for one and a half year． During my translation process，I found that the subtitles for each photo were quite succinct yet rich in the connotation，while the illustrations for each photo were like the prosaic poem．With regard to how to convey the beautiful subtitles and illustrations in the target text，I found that I inspired a lot by the approaches ofaesthetic representation in Liu Miqing’S book—An Introduction to Translation Aesthetics．So this thesis will ela
