硕士学位论文 硕士学位论文 摘要 摘要 本文对城市化水平影响湖南经济增长的进行了实证研究。研 究发现，当考虑城市化水平的内生性问题时，估计结果有了明显 的提高，城市化水平提高一倍人均GDP也可增加约一倍。在此基 础上，本文进一步利用回归结果，分析了影响湖南当前城市化水 平的各种因素。从历史角度对湖南城市化过程中的劳动力转移和 产业城乡转移演变趋势进行分析，有针对性地提出有利于农村劳 动力转移的湖南城市化的对策。造成湖南省城市化水平低的原因 有历史政策的遗留影响、现行制度的城乡分割和工业化发展的落 后。 工业化是提升湖南城市化水平的主要动力。基于时间序列数 据和2005年横截面数据实证分析表明，工业化水平的差异是城 市化水平区际差异的主要原因，工业化水平越高的地区，城市化 水平也越高。湖南处于工业化的初级阶段，推进新型工业化对湖 南提升城市化水平起着重要的促进作用。为提升湖南城市化水 平，首先，应加快推进新型工业化，提升湖南城市竞争力。其次， 加强制度创新，营造城乡平等发展的制度环境，促进城乡产业互 动发展，促进农村劳动力的有效转移并逐步市民化。 关键词：湖南，城市化，新型工业化，经济增长 硕士学位论文AB 硕士学位论文 AB STRACT This paper have an empirical analysis to urbanization influencing upon Hunan province economy growth．On basis of considering the urbanization level as an endogenetic variable，we find the estimative results have been improved obviouslywe also have a conclusion that the per captia GDP will be doubled if the urbanization 1evel is increased one time．Then，we analyze the different factors which effect to the Hunan province Urbanization level．This paper analyzes evolution trend of labor transference and industrial urban．rural transference in the course of Urbanization in Hunan province from the viewpoint of history,then quests countermeasures of Hunan province urbanization being advantageous to rural surplus labor transference．The reasons of lOW urbanization level of Hunan include the remainder influence of historical policy,the urban-rural di sparity of current institution，and the lag of industrialization development． Industrialization is main impetus to improve the urbanization level of Hunan province． Based on time series data and cross．sectional data of Hunan provinces in 2005．econometric analysis shows that diversity of industrialization level is the main reason of diversity of urbanization level among different regions， the higher the industrialization level in a area，the higher the urbanization level．Hunan provinces is in a certain condition on the initial industrializatiOn stage，pushing on industrialization of new pattern plays an import
