ABSTRACTlearning ABSTRACT learning burnout refers to the students long—term in the school environment,it is the phenomenon that the individual feel the pressure and discontent are unable to self-regulation,Resulting in a lack of interest in learning motivation,performance for the existence of negative emotions in learning,could not get the spirit and often skip class,in the learning process less than fl sense of accomplishment,experience less than fun,and learning to demonstrate resistance such as escape behavior.Learning Bumout phe:nomenon prevalent in the middle school students has seriously affected the growth of students. In this paper,first overview the existing research,summarized in the overview,based on research trends for study of bumout—intervention in the pipeline.Paper is based on previous studies and psychology to design a set of intervention program to reduce burnout levels o£the program consists of five parts:the intervention of self-awareness,the intervention of leaming emotional,the intervention of learning motivation,the intervention of learningmethods,and the intervention of human relationships.Each part by the composition of several intervention programs.And select six junior high school intervention program implementation,the three students as the control group,three students in the experimental group,and a total of five—month intervention. The set of implementation of the program is a test of the val idity ofdesign,but also on how to refuce the level of student learning tired of groping.The implementation of the’program through intervention the following conclusions: First,the experimental group pretest and post二test significantly different.
