Abstract’ Abstract ’ 主 Abstract In the context of the industry transfers trends speeding up at home and aboard，Fujian province as the main body of the Economic Region on West Side of Taiwan Strains，is how to undertake the outside transferred industries reasonably,and how to layout them scientifically,which are the first issue of constructing Fujian as the important base for the advanced manufacturing in the eastern coasial areas,which are also the necessary requirement of the industry structures upgrading and optimization in Fujian． On the base of the related theoris such as the industrial gradient and SO on，taked the methods of the quantitatice and qualitative，the comparative and comprehensive analysis，the induction and derivation and SO on，the paper has researched on the trend and spatial allocation of the undertaking industry shift．The paper has described the status of the undertaking industry shift in Fujian，and reseatched on the necessity and possibility of undertaking industry shift in Fujian．Then on these basis，the paper ensured several indexes and the estimation principle of the trend of the undertaking industry through the deduction in these theories．So the paper analysed the undertaking trend of 28 manufacturings in ration，and finally made up 11 undertaking industries． In order to do the spatial allocation，the paper firstly offerde the collectivity’S distribution tO the undertaking industries that is 9 cores and 2 axes and 3 lines and 4 regions．Simultaneity,the paper took 11 undertaking industries into 5 pointing types，and analysed the different requests of the different types．Then on the basis，according to the collectivity’S distribution，combining on the situatin of the industries’development in each town，the paper collocated these undertaking industries spacially．Finally the paper offered some indemnificatory measures． Keywords：industry transfer,undertaking industry shift，collectivity’S distribution，spatial allocation，Fujian Province． III r h ■—●-’’一
