AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract Country-level library,as all important component of the urban and rural system of public cultural services，performs a great driving force in preserving local cultural rcsources，enhancing regional cultural atmosphere and promoting local economic，social， scientific and technological development． To help to break through the“bottle-neck”of Fujian country·level libraries’ development,this paper is based on some research methods such as field surveys， interviews，questionnaires and literature analysis to straighten out the personnel structure，sevice capabilities and funding of Fujian country·level libraries，and then sum up the advantages and disadvantages of its development．Comparing with the advanced experiences of library construction in other provinces，such as“Jiaxing mode”and Shenzhen’S“the City of Library，the paper explores the direction of the library development in Fujian,mainly on improving the development of country-level libraries by innovation，raising the service quality and exploring dinstinctive cultural resources． Finally,this article puts forward some directional advices on the development of libraries in Fujian，mainly involving the systematic development，diverse and aimed service of library,and promoting the application of digital technology,SO as to comprehensively improve the construction of country-level libraries and their ability of serving the people． Keywords：FujianProvince；Country-levellibrary；Status；DevelopmentStrategy ● ■ Ill l‘?俨『Asj 『，，‘‘i，d l ‘? 中文文摘中文文摘 中文文摘 中文文摘 县级图书馆是六级文化保障体系的重要组成部分，在县域的文化建设，社会发 展中起到重要的推动作用，但是县级图书馆在一些地方却存在“空壳化的尴尬。 在改革开放的新时期，如何提升县级图书馆的社会影响力和地位，使其在社会经济 文化建设中更好地发挥作用是一个值得我们深入探讨的问题。福建省县级图书馆要 以海西建设为发展契机，不断提升建设水平，拓展服务空间，为推进“海西建设” 出一份力。本文主要分为六个部分： 第一部分绪论，主要阐述本文的选题意义和背景，课题内容的研究现状，研究 的目的和内容，以及研究的创新点和价值。通过对本文涉及的相关关键字进行搜索， 笔者发现近些年来涉及研究内容的文章有所增加，相关作者研究的内容主要集中在 县级图书馆的建设，县级图书馆的人力资源建设，县级图书馆为新农村服务，县级 图书馆的发展模式等方面，就区域而言，涉及福建省图书馆的研究内容较为匮乏。 本文的研究角度是福建省县级图书馆发展情况，把握福建省县级图书馆发展的总体 趋势、方向具有一定的现实意义。 第二部分主要研究县级图书馆发展中所
