广东工业大学硕士学位论文Abstract 广东工业大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Our country implements the most strict land use system which iS also economical and intensive and sparkplugs to promote the intensity and efficiency of land use，and fmally to enhance the beating capacity of land resources to the economic and social development． Comprehensive benefit assessment of land use is an effective approach to understand the efficiency and effect of land use．As a11 important adminis仃ative area unit of our COunlly,city is an important unit to practice the land use system of our country．Consequently,it has great significance to scientifically assess the comprehensive benefit assessment of urban land USe． On the basic of systematically combing the research results of benefit assessment of urban use，this article analyzes relevant connotation and theory of comprehensive benefit of urban land use，explores the basic technical routes of establishing the indicator system of comprehensive benefit assessment of urban land use，builds an evaluation indicator system that using comprehensive benefit of land use as destination layer,using“economic benefit· social benefit-ecological environment benefif’as criterion layer and using the 36 representative indicator as the indicator layer．In order to improve the practical value and guarding significance of assessment results，this article establishes a comprehensive assessment model which includes assessment model of comprehensive benefit of high and low level，assessment model of coordination and diagnosis model on obstacle degree，among which，the assessment model of comprehensive benefit of high and low level uses the TOPSIS method and multi—objective weighted summation function method to evaluate the high and low level of the comprehensive benefit of urban land use，the assessment model of coordination uses the coordinated function method to eva／uate the harmony of system of comprehensive benefit of urban land use，and the diagnosis model on obstacle degree uses the obstac
