Abstra Abstract 1]le 1ndustrial structure of a country is closely related to the economic development． In this paper,through the theoretical and empirical analysis of relevant indicatorS．we studied the relationship among foreign trade，financial development，FDI a11d industrial structure·Indicators of industrial structure considering the ability of innovation of sclence and technology,human capital level and energy utilization efficiency,in order to 陀duce the redundant data，reduce information high degree of overlap and high co眦lation，and improve the model’s accuracy,the paper used the factor analysis method． DEA method and entropy method with the aid of some software to extract the principal component,analyze weight of data and integrate data．Financial development indicators considered two factors：financial development scale and financial efficiency,uSed t11e entropy method of data to obtain the index of financial development．To these three 1ndexes，dld unit root test，grander causality test,Johansen CO integration test,pulse effect and variance analysis，the establishment of the VEC model by Eviews so仃ware in the empirical research·Analyze the influence of China’s foreign trade development to FDI on the industrial structure point，and SPSS software WaS used to analyze the relationshiD between FDI and foreign trade．The results showed that：there is a long-tenn Stable equilibrium relationship between China’s foreign trade，financial development．FDI and industrial structure．At present foreign direct investment is the most significant f．actor． and the higher degree of foreign trade，the more to improve the level of China·s utilization of foreign capital，SO the more it Can promote the adjustment and upgrading of 1ndustrial structure·In this paper we finally promote some policy suggestions to optimize the industrial structure． Key words：Foreign Trade；FDI；Industrial Structure 万方数据 首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文 首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文 《对外贸易、外商直接投资与我国产业结构优化》 目录 1 引言 ．1 1．1选题背景和及其现状 1 1．2研究意义 ．4 1．2．1 理论意义
