华中科技大学硕士学,12、。、 华中科技大学硕士学,12、。、 、． !!!!!====!!====1211=!舞===!==E==!!===!=!!，，?～—。? ——?“! 摘要 本文在对国内外商业步行街发展概况的回顾基础上，研究了步行街行人的休 闲行为与休闲需求，以及步行街休闲空间的特点，提出步行街休闲空间设计的三 个原则与三个设计要素。 ／以此为依据，结合国外步行街的成功之处，从“休闲空间设计”的角度对目 前国内步行街建设的若干不足进行分析，认为步行街休闲空间的建设主要从三个 方面着手：J“ 根据人的生理适度原则进行步行街体闲空间的舒适设计，主要分三部分，1、 为保证行人的安全进行人车分流的交通设计；2、为考虑行人的身体体力极限而进 行适当的道路的比例与尺度的设计；3、为满足行人的各种需要而进行合理周到的 街道家具设施的布置。 根据人的形式美学原则进行步行街休闲空间的环境设计，主要也分三部分：I、 减少步行街纵向休闲空问的单调感而设置优美的节奏感；2、削弱步行街横向休闲 空间的空旷感而创造怡人的韵律感：3、加强步行街休闲空间的环境品质而进行街 道空间的装饰设计。 根据人的社会需求原则进行步行街休闲空间的文化塑造，主要也分三部分：1、 步行街传统文脉的延续；2、营造步行街商业气氛：3、步行街娱乐场所的构筑。 最后，以本人参与的一项步行街设计工程为例，以实践来检验理论。 关键词：街、商业步行街、城市休闲空间、舒适设计、环境设计、文化塑造 X 华中科技大学硕士学量÷二己ABSTRACT 华中科技大学硕士学量÷二己 ABSTRACT Based on t11e review ofPedestraln Mall’S development in our country and overseas， in this paper a research about people’s leisure actions and requirements in pedestrain mall．and characteristics of pedestrain mall’S leisure space，has been done，then three ＼ rules and three elements for design of pedestrain mall’S leisure space have been presented． According tO the forenamed，after consulting the Success of overseas pedestrain mall．and analysing some shortages in Our coun乜y’S at the angle of leisure space design， this paper suggests that pedestraln mall’S leisure space should be designed at three facets： According to the principle ofthe person’S physiology limits，the comfortable design ofpedestrain mall’S leisure space includes three parts．The first is the traffic planning separating the pedestrian traffic from the driving traffic．The second is the designing ofthe scale and the propotion ofthe street space．And the third is the arranging ofthe facilities in the street． According to the principle ofthe person‘S formalistic esthetics，the environment design ofpedestrain mall’S leisure space includes three parts．The first is planning the rhythm ofthe street’S space．The second is planning the levels ofthe street’S space． And the tIlird is the decoration ofthe space ofthe street includes three parts．The first
