The countermeasure research on cultivation of academic-practical teacher for higher vocational education of AnHui province
Abstract
In recent years,with the development of China’S higher vocational education in number and scale,the social economic development urgently demands higher vocational education to improve the quality and needs its OWll specialty.At present,the higher vocational college teachers’quality can’t adapt to the need of high vocational education.In addition,it is obj ectively existed that their practical ability iS SO weak,which demonstrates the importance and necessity of fostering academic-practical teacher.
On the basis of the features and the actuality of higher education and
academic.practical teacher,by means of investigation research,comparative research,practical research,theoretical research and case-analyzing,the paper defines the connotation and features of higher education and academic—practical teacher,and analyze,induce and reflects the practices of fostering higher vocational teachers both at home and abroad.Conducting questionnaire in five higher vocational colleges in Hefei about the current situation of the cultivation of academic.practical teacher,I count up the research figures to dissect the existing problems,and I analyze the causes in order to put forward measures for improvement and strategies for management.
The paper puts forward the features,situation and the countermeasures Oil problems of academic-practical teacher and advances proposals on how to carry out further cultivation of academic-practical teacher,and propose some constructive suggestions with the hope to guide our future work.
