摘 摘 要 随着信息技术的发展，UPS(uninterruptible power supply)电源被广泛地 应用于银行、证券、军事、医疗以及航空航天等众多领域，用束保护一些对供电 质量和可靠性敏感的负载设备。面对信息技术、电子技术以及元器件的飞速发展， 而且随着行业标准的更新以及市场准入制度的不断完善和加强，对UPS电源研发 技术提出了更高的要求，也为认证管理带来了更高的挑战。 本文结合X公司UPS电源研发的认证管理经验，总括了UPS电源相关的标准体 系和认证制度，提出了在认证过程中需要采取的流程和方法，阐述了在认证管理 过程中需要注意的关键点和难点。对于UPS电源研发的认证管理过程，主要体现 在研发团队内部所进行的第一方认证和具有公正性和权威性的第三方机构所进 行的认证，同时需要跟踪UPS电源新技术的发展、标准的更新、市场准入制度的 变化，以此来保证产品质量，降低市场风险。 在UPS电源研发的认证管理中，本文在传统的管理方法和手段的基础上，阐述 了研发认证的过程管理和FⅣ／EA(Failure Mode and Effects AnalysiS)、SSP (Seven Steps Process)以及认证电子流等实用型解决问题的方法相结合的优 化措施，使认证管理更具系统化和标准化，并丰富了认证管理的解决问题的方法 和手段，操作起来更具有效率，减少和避免研发技术JxL险。 关键词：不间断电源研发认证管理第一方认证第三方认证 中图分类号：C93 AbstractWi Abstract Wi th the development of information technology．UPS iS widely used in banking，securities，military，medical and aerospace and other fields in order to protect the power qual i ty and tel iabi 1 i ty of sensit ive load equipment．In the face of the rapid development of informat ion technology， electroniC technology and components，moreover along with the industry standard system updates and the constant improvement of market access， the market appears the new request to the research and development technology of UPS，also at the same time has brought a higher challenge for the qual i fi cat ion management． The thesiS unifies the method and process of qualification management of X company，and shows perfect qualification method and process and the key points in project management．For the qual i fication management process of UPS，it iS visualized mainlY in manufacturing enterprises and R＆D team within the first party certification and other fairness and authoritative third party qual ification agency，at the same time，need track the development of new technology，and the UPS standard update，and the changes i n market access system．i t W i 1l improve product qual i ty and reduce market ri sks． With the UPS research and development technology qualificat ion management，the thesiS iS based on traditional management methods and tool
