Enterprises in the process of mergers and acquisitions, subject to certain subjective and objective factors, will inevitably encounter a variety of risks, including financial risk is the highest frequency, the greatest risk. For an enterprise, the integrity and safety of the funds is very important, only the normal flow of funds to the production activities of enterprises can be guaranteed?
