摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 合作教研就是指教师建立合作关系，以合作的方式进行课题研究，进而改善 教育教学实践的过程。它对促进新课程改革i教师专业化、学校教学质量的提升 有着相当大的作用。然而，受传统教育观念的影响，教师缺乏合作意识和合作的 能力，它不仅影响着课堂教学的效果，而且影响着教师工作与生活的状态，同时 也影响着学生合作意识与合作能力的培养。因此，如何提高教师合作意识与合作 能力，是一个值得研究的问题。为此，本论文从我校物理教研组的实际情况出发， 分析物理教研组在“合作”方面所存在的问题，探索开展好物理教研组合作教研 的有效措施。 本论文分为四个部分。第一部分主要分析选题的背景、研究的主要问题和主 要意义，并界定相关概念，提出研究的内容与主要方法。第二部分指出了研究的 理论基础，分析了合作教研的基本特征及其基本方式。第三部分对我校物理教研 组合作教研的现状进行分析，找出合作教研存在的问题并进行分析。第四部分是 在前面分析的基础之上，提出了我校物理教研组开展好合作教研的有效措施，即 加大教研组本身的建设，并以课例研究这一研修活动为载体，进行初中物理导学 案的编制工作。 关键词：初中物理，教研组，合作，教研 Ⅱ AbstractCooperative Abstract Cooperative teaching and researching meall$that teachers establish the partnership with each other to research in a cooperative approach,thereby to improve the process of teaching practice．It plays a significant role in promoting the new cm矗culum reform．teachers’professionalism and enhancing the quality of school e(1ucation．However，with the influence of the traditional concepts of education, teachers are lack ofthe awareness of cooperation and collaboration capabilities，which not onlv affects the effectiveness of real teaching，but also affects the status of teachers’working conditions and lives as well as the sense of cooperation and the ability of the students’ability．Therefore，how to improve the sense of teachers’ cooperation and collaboration is a problem which is worth studying．To this point,this paper based on my school’S physics teaching and researching in the real situation，I Want analyze the problems exiSted in the”cooperation”in the physics teaching and researching collaboration to explore good and effective measures to make teaching and researching beRer． This thesis is divided into four parts．The first section is to discuss and analyze the thesis’s topic background，the main issues and major significance as well as define the relevant concepts and propose the main content and methods in researching．The second part notes the theoretical foundation and analyzes the basic characteristics of teaching and research cooperation to f
