火场指挥员临机处置能力训练方法研究 随着社会发展FI新月界，各类灾害事故也呈现多元化的方向发展，不仅岀现了一些 特殊的灾害，而且一些重大的灾害事故也随之出现。因此我们消防官兵面临的危险更 加复杂，担负的任务更加艰巨，尤其是在一些区域性，突发性灾害的处置过程中由于 灾情复杂，处置现场任务繁重，需要火场指挥员具有良好的临机处置能力，能够快速 应对各种灾害并对可能发生的突发性变化做出快速反应。为了有效提高火场指挥员临 机处置能力，使消防指挥员在面临突发性灾害的处置过程中能够快速应对各种灾害， 并对可能发生的突发性变化做出快速反应。本文通过对火场指挥员的现场临机处置能 力的细致分析，从多方面论证提高火场指挥员临机处置能力存在的问题，并结合当前 复杂的灾害情况，立足于国内外研究形势，从理论、技战术和心理方面等多个途径提 高火场指挥员临机处置能力。使火场指挥员能够随时应对一些复杂的灾害情况以达到 全面提高消防部队火场战斗效率的目的，从而使消防部队,在指挥员的止确指挥下快速 有效的处置各类灾害。 关键词 指挥员；临机处置能力；训练方法; The Research on the Training Method of WittinessDisposal of Commander on Fire Ground Abstract Disasters of fire and other types are rapidly increasing due to the progressing urbanization. As a professional team dealing such disasters, fire fighters shall face more complicated emergencies and shoulder harder tasks, for they have to put out fire or rescue people in more extensive fields today. Especially in some processes that deal with regional disasters, commanders shall be highly responsive to think out appropriate countermeasure dealing with sudden changes of fire disaster as soon as possible. The responsiveness of a commander affects the effectiveness of fire fighting. Therefore, it is quite important to improve the commander^ responsiveness. The improvement of the commanders responsiveness shall benefit the commander to respond to emergency cases quickly in a process dealing with sudden disasters, and respond to possible sudden changes quickly. By detailed analysis into the responsiveness of the commander in fire protection, this paper demonstrates the issues challenging the responsiveness of the commander from various aspects. Moreover, using recent cases of complex disasters and literatures home and abroad, this paper discusses how to improve the commanders responsiveness from multiple approaches as theory, techniques and tactics, and psychology- A commander with improved responsiveness has the ability to deal with complicated disasters at any time to improve the fire fighting efficiency.
