The collection of these data is not only the summary of the past work and management but also the reference and assistance for firefighting and emergency rescue in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to build a data-rich, easily retrieved and shared website database in the field of firefighting and emergency rescue. With the rapid development of computer technology, developing website database becomes more and more convenient. According to actual development needs, the thesis tries to design and develop a technical website database in firefighting and emergency rescue. The system uses the popular ASP dynamic languages and aceess databases. The web page is completed by dreamweaver and is set up by the IIS web server. The database has two rights, including administrators and common users, providing professional information for the users to download. The administrators get to manage users through the back-end. Through the web site of the firefighting and emergency rescue technical information sharing, the database platform provides convenient information download services to meet the needs of the fire officers and technical workers.
