高校思想政治理论课教师人格魅力培养研究摘 高校思想政治理论课教师人格魅力培养研究 摘 要 高等学校思想政治理论教师队伍建设已经成为推进和保障中国特色社会主义 政治工作必须深入研究的重要课题。思想政治理论课教师人格魅力的高低在一定 程度上影响了高校大学生思想政治教育工作的开展。我国的高校思想政治理论课 教师队伍建设在过去的三十多年里取得了较好的成效，教师人格魅力整体得到增 强，但随着市场经济飞速发展，高等教育规模的不断扩大等因素的影响，拜金主 义日益盛行，引起高校思想政治理论课教师思想上的混乱，出现了价值取向倾斜、 心态冷漠、心理障碍增多和忽视道德人格塑造等问题，这严重地影响了高校思想 政治理论课教育教学。 在新形势下，提高高校思想政治理论课教师人格魅力是促进高校思想政治理 论课教师队伍建设快速推进的一个非常有效的方法。本文结合实际，从以下三个 角度阐述了培养高校思想政治理论课教师培养人格魅力的主要途径：从教师自身 来讲，·强化教师意识，学习先进教育理念，培养过硬的政治素质、业务素质、心 理素质和崇高的师德；从社会环境来讲，主要是政府制定并监督落实各项教育政 策方针，改善思想政治理论课教师现状，提倡人格魅力教学模式；从学校环境来 讲，从思想政治理论课教师选入、培训、授课、考评、教学研究等方面全面把关， 并引入竞争机制，充分引导思想政治理论课教师培养自身人格魅力。 关键词：高校；思想政治理论课教师；人格魅力；培养 II AbstractThe Abstract The construction of the teaching body of political thoughts and theory in the institutions of higher learning has become an important task that entails in—depth research in order to promote and ensure the socialist political work with Chinese characteristics。The degrees of charisma of the teachers of political thoughts and theorv have influenced to a certain extent the carrying out of the work of political thoughts and theory regarding college students．The team construction of these instructors in our country has achieved relatively satisfactory effects during the past three decades and more．And their overall charisma has been enhanced．However,with the soaring development of the market economy and the continuing expansion of the scaIe of higher education and the resultant increasingly prevailing money worship and ideological confusion among the instructors of the course of political thoughts and theory,there arises such problems as value orientation biases，mental apathy，the increase of mental barriers and the neglect of morality and personality moulding and so forth．all of which have seriously affected the instruction of political thoughts and theory in colleges． Under this new condition，heightening the instructors of the course of political thoughts and theory charisma in the institutions of higher learning is a highly efficient approach
