摘要目前高校考务管理及信息化存在手工处理工作量大、重成绩轻分 摘要 目前高校考务管理及信息化存在手工处理工作量大、重成绩轻分 析、重信息轻知识等问题，需要寻求新的管理模式及开发基于这种新 模式的考务管理系统。知识管理在国内外教育领域的应用越来越广 泛，本文将知识管理思想借鉴到高校考务管理中，提出采用目前先进 的Web技术与数据库技术，开发研制功能全面的高校考务管理系统。 通过研究高校考务管理系统的现状以及教育领域知识管理的应 用情况，了解高校从考试编排、考试指挥到成绩管理的一系列管理过 程，建立了以知识管理思想为指导的考务管理系统模型；在此模型基 础上对各子系统功能作了详细的分析，提出系统总体设计及各子系统 的详细功能设计方案。本系统共设计五个子系统：考试自动编排子系 统、考试现场指挥子系统、计算机阅卷子系统、成绩管理子系统、知 识管理子系统；最后重点研究了考试编排子系统的约束条件、算法思 想及系统开发技术与程序实现。 设计的高校考务管理系统覆盖了高校考务管理工作全过程的信 息化管理，总体设计以知识管理思想为指导，能有效提高考务管理工 作的效率、整个组织的知识水平与竞争力。 关键词考务系统，知识管理，考试 AB AB STRACT At present，there appeared many problems in university’s exam affair management and informatization，such as heavy handworks，paying too much attention to the output but neglecting the analysis，care more information than knowledge and etc． We need to explore the new administration paRem，and to develop a new exam affair management system based on this pattem．Along with knowledge management application in eduction is more and more popular；the knowledge management iS introduced into our exam affair management．This article adopts the advancedⅥ屯B and data base technology presently，and develops a functional exam affair management system being guided by knowledge management． By studying the current situation of exam affair management system and the application of knowledge management in educmion and the entire process of exam affair management which include exam arrange，exam commanding and achievement management，we put forward the new exam affair management system model being guided by the knowledge management；Then，based on this new model，we have analyzed every subsystem’S detail function and suggested the designs of the system and every subsystem’S detail functions．This system owes five subsystems： exam auto．arranged subsystem；the examination command subsystem； the computer based going over examination papers subsystem；the achievement management subsystem；the knowledge management subsystem．Lastly，we have mainly studied the constraint condition， algorithm ana
