生理性海水局部灌洗辅助治疗慢性鼻窦炎术后患者40例 【摘要】目的：探讨生理性海水局部灌洗辅助治疗慢性鼻窦炎术后患者40例。方 法：选取2016年2月-2017年5月我院收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者40例，随机分为两组， 对照组应用手术治疗，实验组联合应用牛理性海水局部灌洗治疗，对比两组患者 的治疗效果以及VAS (视觉模拟法)评分、Lund-kennedy (鼻内镜检查)评分。 结果：临床疗效对比方而，实验组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P0. 05)；治疗 前两组患者的VAS评分无明显区别(P0. 05),治疗后各个时间点实验组显著低 于对照组(P0. 05)；治疗前两组患者的Lund-kennedy评分无明显区别(P0. 05), 治疗后各个时间点实验组显著低于对照组(PV0.05)。结论：慢性鼻窦炎患者 在常规手术治疗的基础上，联合应用生理性海水局部灌洗治疗，有利于提高治疗 效果，改善患者的UAS评分以及Lund-kennedy评分，临床上应当进一步推广应用。 【关键词】生理性海水；局部灌洗；慢性鼻窦炎；手术治疗术；有效率 Clinical observation of 40 cases of chronic sinusitis treated by localirrigation with physiological seawater [Abstract】Objective: To investigate the effect of physiological seawater lavage on 40 patients with chronic sinusitis after operation. Methods: 40 patients with chronic sinusitis from February 2016 -2017 yeeir in May in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group used surgical treatment, the experimental group combined with physiological seawater local lavage treatment, compared two groups of patients and VAS (visual analogue score), Lund-kennedy (endoscopic exam in ati on score). Conclusion: chronic sinusitis patients on the basis of conventional surgical treatment, combined with physiological seaweiter partial lavage treatment， is conducive to improve the treatment effect, improve the patients VAS score and Lund-kennedy score, should be further popularized in clinical application.
