孕早期血糖水平与孕晚期B族链球菌带菌状况相关性分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究孕妇孕早期血糖水平与孕晚期B族链球菌检出率的相关性。 方法 收集XX年1月～XX年6月在本院产科就诊并建立产前保健档案的孕妇资料，收取在孕8～12周进行空腹血糖检测及在孕35～37周进行实时荧光定量-聚合酶链反应GBS DNA 检测的孕妇1240例，对其血糖水平与GBS阳性检出率进行统计分析。 结果 GBS检测阳性孕妇307例，血糖均值为mmol/L；阴性孕妇933例，血糖均值为mmol/L，两组血糖水平差异有统计学意义。按孕妇空腹血糖范围分为≤ mmol/L、mmol/L和≥ mmol/L三组，其GBS检出阳性率分别为%、%和%，差异有统计学意义。 结论 孕早期血糖水平与孕晚期GBS检出率呈明显负相关性，孕早期血糖水平较低的孕妇应警惕孕后期GBS感染。　　[关检词] 血糖水平；B族链球菌；孕早期；孕晚期　　[中图分类号] [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673--0010-03　　[Abstract] Objective To study the correlation between the blood glucose level of pregnant women in early pregnancy and the detection rate of group B Streptococcus in the late pregnancy . Methods The data of pregnant women who were admitted and established prenatal health records in our hospital from January XX to June XX were enrolled in this study. A total of 1240 pregnant women who underwent fasting blood glucose detection at the 8th week to 12th week of pregnancy and GBS DNA detection by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction at the 35th to 37th week of pregnancy were collected. And their blood glucose level and GBS positive rate was statistically analyzed. Results There were 307 GBS positive pregnant women with mean blood glucose of mmol/L and 933 negative pregnant women with a mean blood glucose of mmol/L， and the difference in blood glucose level between the two groups was significant. According to the range of fasting blood glucose of pregnant women， the patients were divided into three groups including≤ mmol/L group，mmol/L group and ≥ mmol/L group， and the GBS detection rate of the three groups was %， % and %， and the difference was significant. Conclusion The blood glucose level in early pregnancy is negatively correlated with the detection rate of GBS in in late pregnancy.
