Subject Subject The Research of e-SCM and The Design and Implementation of Electronic Logistics System Specialty Communication and Information Engineering Name WANG Xiao．Iu(Signature)蚴△堑羔!型：血 Instructor：LU Jian-jun (Signature) ABSTRACT Global economy has experienced great changes when it enters 1990s，information technology has been driving economic development in order to unresistable strength by it，all of the enterprises face the brand—new challenges．The competition in 2lst century will be no longer competing between enterprise and enterprise，but competing while the supply chain and the supply chain．This paper is focused on the network application which is the research of supply chain management and application under the environment of e-commerce in nowadays． This thesis has been described the concept and the basic principle of the supply chain and supply chain management，and the supply chain management under e-commerce environment first．It has also analysed that the mode of realizing supply the chain management on QR and ECR，and then the cona_mon ground and the difference of QR and ECR．And in the problem nowadays that IT era QR and ECR have faced．And then this text establishes the models of using in the electronic logistics based on the combination OR with ECR：Drive Collaborative Management of Demand， is abbreviated as DDCM)model，And has made an essay of it’s merit and the implementation method and relevant tactics．This paper also uses the model in the limited company of contemporary university of Shaanxi，and has analysed feasibility and relevant measure realized． At last，this essay adopts with multi—tier system structure to realize DDCM supply chain management first step by structure with the technologies of J2EE：the platform of e-commerce of limited company of contemporary university of Shaanxi，Which have described the overall design of this platform and the networked software system， and the key technology of this platform has been analysed． The improvement o
