冠心病介入手术围手术期健康教育护理分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探?冠心病介入手术围手术期健康教育护理措施及效果。 方法 方便选择XX年2月―XX年1月期间在该院行介入手术治疗的95例冠心病患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者介入治疗前和治疗后简单进行说教式健康指导，观察组患者介入手术围术期给予综合化健康教育，观察两组患者术后并发症和临床护理满意度情况，并比较两组患者术前、术后机体功能及生活质量情况。 结果 观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义。观察组术后离院时分和术后3个月分机体功能及生活质量评分均显著高于对照组分、分，组间差异有统计学意义。观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义。 结论 冠心病患者介入手术围手术期积极实施综合全面的健康教育护理，可有效降低术后并发症风险，并可提高患者术后机体功能及生活质量，有利于改善患者预后。　　[关键词] 冠心病；介入手术；围手术期；健康教育；护理　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674--0171-04　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to discuss the perioperative health education， nursing measures and effect of interventional operation for coronary heart disease . Methods 95 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional treatment in this hospital from February XX to January XX were convenient randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. Patients in the control group received simple didactic health education before and after treatment， the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive intervention perioperative health education， postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients were observed， and operation of the two groups， the body function and quality of life were compared before and after the surgery. Results The complication rate of the observation group was %， significantly lower than that of the control group of %， and the difference between groups was significant. The patients in the observation group from the hospital points and 3 months after operation points， body function and quality of life scores were significantly higher than that of the control grouppoints， points，. The satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group was %， significantly higher than that in the control group of %， and the difference between groups was significant. Conclusion Actively implementing the comprehensive health education and nursing comprehensive intervention in patients with coronary heart disease can effectively redu
