y- y- 78a578 摘要 内容摘要：在全球网络教育尤其是网络高等教育发展方兴未艾的视野中， 我国网络高等教育自1998年教育部决定支持若干所高校建设网络教育学院开展 现代远程教育试点改革以来，目前已有68所高校积极开展网络教育学院的试点 改革，取得有目共睹的成绩，正发展成为高等教育的重要生力军。 然而，实践经验的不丰富与理论准备的不充分造成试点高校网络教育学院 定位不可避免地在教育理念、教育模式、资源建设、网络技术、教学管理、运 行机制、教学服务体系及质量控制方面存在问题，而定位是高校J叫络教育学院 发展的前提与基础。无疑，定位问题成为影响高校网络教育学院发展的瓶颈I捌 素，日益倍受关注。 基于此，联系当前国内外网络高等教育发展现状，结合我国高校网络教育 学院试点改革实际，围绕高校网络教育学院定位的难点与重点问题，拟从系统 论、后现代主义、人本主义、终身教育、学)=J型社会等理论视角出发，运用系 统方法、文献分析法、实例法、比较法等方法，构建高校网络教育学院定位的 应然模式，包括：定位的理念、教学、布局等内容维度：形成合理定位的外、 内部影响因素；自主与创新、竞争与合作、市场调节与宏观调控等相结合的方 法与途径。 通过研究，旨在更新{7．校网络教育学院发展观念，为高校网络教育学院合 理定位提供技术性支持与保障，推动高校网络教育学院的快速持续发展，改进、 完善、丰富高校网络教育学院定位的应然研究体系。 关键词：高校；网络教育学院；定位；模式 0辩c兰jAbstract 0辩c兰j Abstract Content：Among the developing ofNetwork-educalion(esp2qetwork-higher-education)， the Network-higher-education is growing up rapidly since the National Education Ministry decided to support the distance-education experiment in some university in 1 998．Now,there have 68 universities who gain obviously achievement after taking the experiment of Network-education institute，and become an ilew important power in the higher education． However,the network-higher-education institute is a new fashion，experiment is poor and the theory’S preparation is not sufficient,all these cause the problems in many sides when we orient the experiment such as education idea，education mode， resource construction，net technology,teaching manage，nm mechanism，teaching serve system and quality contr01．And it makes people pay great attention to the orientation problem which have became a choke point of the developing of the network higher education institute． So，contacting with the developing-status of network—higher-education inside and outside the country，combining with the practice of the experiment of the network—higher-education institute and surrounding the difficult question about the orientation of the network-higher-education instialte，the essay is planning tO construct a suit mode of the orientation of the network．higher-education institu
