哈 尔 滨 理 工 大 学 毕 业 设 计 题 目： 黑龙江省某石化公司 污水处理及回用工程设计 院、 系： 化工学院 环境工程系 姓 名： 于 跃 指导教师： 闫险峰 系 主 任： 艾恒雨 2016年6月25日 黑龙江省某石化公司污水处理及回用工程设计 摘 要 本次设计针对黑龙江省某石化公司污水处理及回用工程，进行了全方面的理论分析，根据石化厂区排放的污水性质和排放标准以及回用水标准制定了一整套的处理方案。本厂排放的污水主要为石化废水，水中主要成分含有石油类污染物和硫化物，生活污水含量少，且COD、BOD5含量较高，B/C为0.24。根据本厂排放的石化废水的以上特点，本次设计设置隔油池、调节池、气浮池、水解池、氧化沟、沉淀池作为初步处理工艺，其中选用卡鲁塞尔型氧化沟作为生化处理阶段。为了使最终出水水质达到回用标准，需进行深度处理，所以又增设活性碳滤池和接触消毒池对污水进行深度处理，经计算，处理后的水质理论上达到回用标准。本设计说明书中内容包括：污水处理规模、处理工艺流程、主要构筑物、厂区平面布置、交通运输、以及投资估算等。 关键词　石油化工，污水处理厂，污水回用，氧化沟 Design of wastewater treatment and reuse project of a Petrochemical Industries Co in Heilongjiang Province Abstract The design for a Petrochemical Industries Company in Heilongjiang province sewage treatment and reuse project, analyzes all aspects of the theory, according to the characteristics of waste water and discharge standard of petrochemical plant emissions and water reuse standards formulated a set of treatment scheme.
