摘 摘 要 摘 要 合作教学是一种具有创意的、能有效培养学生创新能力的教学理论和策略， 具有有力的理论依托和鲜明的教学观。合作教学认为师生关系是一种互为主体 的关系，强调以学生合作学习小组为基本形式，利用教学动态因素之间的互动， 以团体成绩为评价标准，力求教学目标在认知、情感和技能上的均衡达成。在 创新理念的引导下，本人从生物单元教学上作构思，阐明了单元教学目标、小 组合作组织形式，并对不同组织形式的流程作了详细介绍，目的是突出生物教 学的合作性、开放性、社会性和创新理念。在小组合作学习中，充分发掘课内 外各种教学资源，系统利用教学动态因素之间的互动，以团体成绩为评价标准， 调动学生的学习积极性和主动性，强化合作精神，培养学生的参与意识、合作 意识和主体意识，拓展学生求异思维的空间，共同达成教学目标的完成，激发 学生创新能力的发展。实践证明，在中学生物教学中占主导地位的教学组织形 式应该是多种形式的小组合作学习，不同形式的小组合作学习相辅相成，才能 促进学生整体素质的全面发展，充分发展学生的创新能力。 最后，笔者对教学改革实践的成效进行了分析并作出反思。 关键词：创新，生物教学，合作学习，合作探究，合作实践 Ⅱ AbstractCooperative Abstract Cooperative learning based on strong theory and distinct teaching concept is a kind of original didactics and tactics，and cooperative teaching has a good effect on developing students’innovation ability．According to cooperative teaching，the relationship between students and teachers is inter-subj ective．The basic form of cooperative learning group is emphasized．Tum to good account all unstable factors in teaching and learning，take the group achievement as the evaluation standard of grading，cooperative teaching strive to keep balanced achievement among the cognition，emotion and skill．In order to aimed at the cooperation，open,socialization of the biology teaching，the author applied the innovation ideas to the conceive of the biology teaching，claried the teaching aim of each unit，the organization form，the arrangement of time and the basic type of teaching method，and introduced the process of each type in detail．Cooperative learning in the group to fully explore a variety of classroom teaching resource，teaching system using dynamic interaction between the factors，and group results for the evaluation criteria．Mobilization of active learning and initiative，to strengthen the spirit of cooperation,to develop students’sense of participation，cooperation，awareness and subjective consciousness， develop students different ways of thinking of space，the completion of the common achieve the teaching goals，inspire students to develop the creativity．
