摘要摘 摘要 摘 要 素质教育是当今大势所趋。在中国高等教育告别精英教育阶段，全面进入大 众化时期之后，高校在读学生数量剧增，如何保证高等教育的质量，特别是高校 教学质量和学生培养质量等问题已成为社会关注的焦点。 而要保证学校的教学质量和学生的培养质量，就必须有相应的评价、激励体 系来监督、促进教学和培养工作的开展。基于此，作者对国内外众多教育机构及 相关领域进行了研究，就大学生评价体系的演变进行了梳理，对当代大学生的评 价体系进行了探讨。 本论文首先对高校(大)学生评价的发展演变做一个历史回顾，然后介绍欧 美发达国家在高校学生评价方面的有益经验和发展变革，接着分析当今时代需要 什么样的人才(大学生)，然后阐述我国大学生(素质)评价发展的现状和存在 的问题，并分析了国外学生评价与我国的大学生素质评价的不同之处，接下来谈 谈当今大学生素质评价的发展趋势，最后提出一种比较可行的大学生素质评价方 法，并进行适当分析。希望通过这一研究为我国高校大学生评价方法的理论研究 做出一定的贡献。 关键词： 素质评价高等教育评价方法历史沿革 Abstract Abstract 3 Abstract Abstract：Quality education is the general trend nowadays．After the period， which the higher education of China was transformed from elite education to popular education，the population of college students is increasing fast．As a result，how to ensRre the quality of higher education,especially,the college teaching quality and student training quality becomes to the focus of society． To ensure the college teaching quality and student training quality,there must be corresponding system of evaluating and illspiring to supervise and promote the teaching and training．Base on the aboving,the author studied a 10t of education organizatiOIlS and relevant fields among home and abroad，and took order with the evolvement of the college student evaluation system，and then discussed the evaluation system． TmS dissertation first made a historical review of the evolvement of current college students’evaluation．Secondly,it introduced good experiences and development of the college student evaluation in occident．Ttlirdty,it discussed what kind of talents(college students)was needed nowadays．Then，it expatiated on the actuality and existent problem of intemal college student evaluation．and analyzed the differences of student evaluation between home and abroad．Afterward，it talked about the developing trend of the college student evaluation．At last，the author brought forward a sort of feasible college student evaluation,and made analyses on it．According to that study,the author hoped to some extent it
