AbstractIdeological Abstract Ideological and political education is a very important way and carder of college students’career plan，and the two are the same according to the goals，contents and effects of education．However，being influenced by the tendency of utilitarianism，the value orientation of some college students has strong utilitarianism elements．They emphasize direct benefits and direct effects of behavior,which tends to myopia． 1here ale some problems in the education of college students’career plan，which are mainly caused by education system，classroom teaching， campus culture construction and social practice．Colleges and universities should do the following：first，colleges should CalTy out full process ideological and political education with different contents，ways and methods during the new entrant phase，professional study phase and graduation phase．Second，colleges should carry out omnibearing ideological and political education through the perfection and innovation of teaching system，management system and service system．Third，whole staff ideological and political education should be carried out by counselors，head teachers and teachers specializing in ideological and political theoretical instruction．The positivity of the personnel department，teaching affairs department,student personnel work department，league committee and the admission and employment office is also very important． We should combine the ideological and political education with the education of college students’career plan舶m the angle of guarantee Il function function which is played by the ideological and political eduction in the college students’career plan．We should also explore deeplyresearch and practise the new way of college students’career plan，and promote full employment，stable employment and sustainable career of college students． Key Words：college students，career plan，ideological and political education，contents and methods III 目 目 录 摘 要 I A】[≥STRACT．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．
