MRP 在企业中的应用 ——宁波惠多织造应用展望 摘 要 在我国经济构成中，中小企业占有十分重要的地位，而中小企业中绝大部分又是 属于民营企业。加入 WTO 以后，我国的中小型民营企业必须在更加激烈的国际环境 中竞争，企业的生存环境也会发生很大的变化。企业传统的手工管理方式已不能为各 级管理者的决策及时提供准确的动态信息，企业迫切需要引入新的管理思想和现代化 管理手段来改变传统的管理模式。而当今社会已步入信息时代，信息技术迅速渗透到 社会经济的各个领域，信息已成为继土地、资金、劳动等生产要素之后的又一重要经 济资源。对企业进行信息化建设是提升企业竞争力的一个有效途径。中小型民营企业 进行信息化建设有自身的难点与优势，笔者在惠多公司实习过程中深有体会，并深刻 感受到中小型民营企业汲取现代化管理手段的迫切性。企业进行信息化建设势在必 行。于是根据自己的实习经历，研究中小型民营企业的信息化建设，结合惠多实际考 虑企业对各系统模块的需求。希望能对日后惠多的信息化建设有所帮助，并能为其它 中小型民营企业的信息化道路起到一点借鉴作用。 关键词 MRPII 企业信息化 系统模块 abstract In our countrys economic composition, small and medium-sized enterprises occupy very important position, and the majority of small and medium- scale enterprise is run by local people. After joining WTO, the medium and small-scale enterprise run by the local people should participate in the environment of international competition unavoidably. The living environments of enterprises have changed very greatly. The traditional management style cant adapt to the develop of enterprises. Nowadays, we are getting into information times. Information technology has become an important economic resource. Information construction is an effective way to improve the competition of enterprise. As being a practitioner of Huiduo Company , I realize it is very urgent to implement information construction in small and medium- scale enterprises run by local people.
