私立中原大學電子工程研究所 碩士學位論文 以 LDAP 實踐 大型企業組織的個人化知識分享 -以專案管理為目標 Personalized LDAP-based Knowledge Sharing For Large Organization -For Project Management 指導教授：張耀仁博士 研 究 生：宋志夫 中華民國九十年六月 中文摘要 知識，是企業創造財富的主要競爭力。從八零年代講求全面品質 管理，九零年代的企業再造，而今日的知識管理，則是所有企業所面 臨的最大挑戰。近年來許多的企業組織都正在努力經營企業內部的知 識管理，以提高企業競爭力。 多半知識管理直接的效益便是應用在專案管理上，但絕大部分的 知識管理，在專案的配合上，是採取較為被動的方式，使用者有需要 的時候才進行查詢，而往往查詢的方式無法以專案整體為主。 本研究旨在提出一套具體的專案管理系統，以知識管理為基礎， 將專案管理與知識管理整合，以個人化服務為不同的使用者擷取最需 要的資訊。加上 LDAP 技術達成人員資料的跨網站分享，使得企業組 織在各地的人員，能夠快速的查詢相關的資訊，並且快速的蒐集各地 的所累積的專案經驗，以期在專案管理上得以有效率的完成。 關鍵字：專案管理，知識管理，個人化服務，LDAP ，目錄服務， 企業資訊入口。 Abstract Knowledge is the main power of Enterprise to make fortune. From 80s, people pay attention to Total Quality Management. And Enterprise Re-engineering in 90s.Till now, Knowledge Management is the main challenge that most enterprises are face to. Recent years, most of enterprises were implementing knowledge management of inside the enterprise to make them more competitive . The most direct benefit of knowledge management is implement on Project Management. But most of knowledge management is in a passive way while it operates in project management. For a user, he search while he needs and most of time the way for search can’t match whole the project need. In this thesis, we provide a specific project management system that base on knowledge management. And integrate Project Management and Knowledge Management. Users can get the information that they need mostly by using Personalized Service. On the other hand, LDAP technology let membership information share with different web sites.
