华北电力大学硕士学位论文摘 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 智能变电站采用智能化的一次设备，以变电站一、二次设备为数字化对象， 以高速网络通信平台为基础，通过对数字化信息进行标准化，实现站内外信息共 享和互操作，并以网络数据为基础，实现测量监视、控制保护、信息管理等自动 化功能。本文对杭州智能化变电站的现状进行了分析，着重从智能变控制系统、 监测系统、信息集成及运维四个智能变电站核心特征展开研究： (1)分析和总结了智能化在线监测和控制系统的关键技术，在全面剖析传 统运行控制系统的基础上，提出设备智能控制和系统保护智能化的技术实现方 案，对智能化变电站控制系统的发展趋势进行了简要分析；在着重分析智能化变 电站监测范围和构成的基础上，提出了智能化变电站一次设备和二次设备的检测 策略，初步分析了智能化变电站监测系统的发展趋势。 (2)分析和总结了智能化变电站信息系统的集成的关键技术，当前电力系 统由于生产的需要，建立了不同的生产系统，通过分析基于面向服务架构和企业 服务总线的信息集成模式，提出的智能化变电站信息集成的可行性。 (3)根据已建设智能变电站经验，摸索出了智能变电站中智能设备的验收 检测内容和标准，为以后变电站的建设提出了建设性意见，总结了运维单位在接 收管理智能变电站中需要注意的事项，提出了适应智能变电站的新的管理方案。 最后，在总结已有工作的基础上，对关于进一步工作的方向进行了简要的讨 论。 关键词：智能变电站，通信，控制，监测 万方数据 华北电力大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACT 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT Intelligent substation adopts the primary intelligent device，making the primary and secondary equipment as the substation digitization object，based on the high—speed network communication platform，through the standardization of digital information． achieve the internal and external information sharing and interoperability，and the basis of network data，achieving measurement automation functions such as monitoring，control，protection，inform ation management．This paper comprehensively analyzes the present situation of domestic intelligent substation，emphatically from the following core characteristics of intelligent substation：intelligent control system，monitoring system，information integration and debugging operations． 1)Analyzes and summarizes the key technologies of intelligent monitoring system and intelligent control system，on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the traditional operation control system，puts forward intelligent control equipment and system protection scheme of intelligent technology and briefly analyzes the development trend of intelligent substation control system．Based on the analysis of the scope and structure of the intelligent substation，the paper presents a strategy for the detection of substation primary equipment and the two devices，and analyzes the development tre
