浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 杭州市居住费问扩展动 演变格局与职位空间匹配合理性评价研究 11I川111111111111111111111 川11111111111111川 杭州市居住空间扩展动态演变格局与职位 Y185136 1 空间匹配合理性评价研究 摘要 经济转型以及城市化进程的高速推进，都昭示着城市发展井喷时代的来|恼， 而西方发达国家城市扩张、蔓延所表现出的多种症状在中国都已明显出现，如土 地的低效利用、扩展形态的无序、蛙跳式发展、交通拥挤以及开敞空间的损耗等， 不仅破坏了生态环境，加大了居民的出行成本，还对城市的健康发展构成潜在阻 碍。全文主要以杭州为例，通过城市化进程中城市建设用地扩张、蔓延特征分析 的基础上，章点研究杭州市居住空间扩展动态演变格局，研究结果表明:城市规 划、交通、环境与居民有效需求能力是影响杭州市周住空间扩展向沿江、远郊蔓 延的主要动因:进一步选取杭州市 50个典型商品房小区，采用抽样调查方法获取 居民通勤距离、通勤时间及其通勤空间类型，分析杭州市居民通勤效率，发现除 原主城区通勤距离、通勤时间均表现为短、少的通勤高效率外，其它诸如钱塘新 城、演江、下沙等次中心均表现出通勤距离、通勤时间为长、多的通勤低效率: 通勤空间类型及其结构不尽合理:论文在实证研究的基础上提出了若干政策建 议。 关键词:杭州市，脂住空间，动态演变，职位空间匹配，通勤效率 浙江士业大学硕士学位论文杭州市周性 浙江士业大学硕士学位论文 杭州市周性 问扩展功恋演变格局与职位空间匹配合理性评价研究 II II The Study of Hangzhou Dynamic Evolution Pattern of Expansion of Living Space with a Reasonable Matchof Living Space for Workers Abstact With rapid urbanization and economic transition，some typical characteristics of urban land sprawl in westem countries also occur in China，For example，inefficient land use，disorder of urban expansion，scattered and leap仕ogs development ，traffic congestion and loss of open air are apparent in China. 丁hese negative impacts not only ruin the environment and increased the travel cost，but also hamper the healthy development of urban. ηùs paper take Hangzhou for example ，based on analyzing urban land sprawl during the urbanization ，focus on Hangzhou dynamic evolution pattem of expansion of living space.
