I I 摘 要 面对日益激烈的全球化市场竞争和信息技术的不断发展，制造企业的信息化建设变得 越来越重要。目前，制造业的水平和实力反映了一个国家的综合国力，其信息化已成企业 提升核心竞争力的必要手段，使得机械零件制造企业迫切需要信息化改造。制造企业信息 管理系统从 MRP 到 MRPⅡ，再到 ERP，其覆盖的范围在不断地深入。然而，ERP 主要集中在 制造企业的计划管理层，它强调企业的计划性，但在计划管理层与生产控制层之间却缺乏 必要的软件覆盖。制造执行系统 MES 便是位于计划管理系统与生产控制之间的面向管理的 信息系统，随着企业信息管理系统的广泛应用，信息化应用水平的不断提升，车间执行层 的生产管理信息系统对制造企业就显得尤为重要。MES 能够精确调度、跟踪和监控着生产 信息和过程，它是实现生产快捷化的基本技术手段，并为操作和管理人员提供计划的执行、 跟踪及所有资源的实时状态信息。 本文首先在第一章总体概述了机械零件制造企业的发展前景，以及制造执行系统 MES 的实质。并介绍 JIT 理论和 TOC 理论的应用。在第二章中，利用制造执行系统原理，结合 JIT、TOC 理论，针对杭钢机修备件加工过程现状，建立生产计划和控制模型。第三章阐述 了杭钢生产管理信息系统的实施过程。并在本文的最后第四章对前面的工作进行了总结与 展望。 关键词:企业信息化；制造执行系统；准时生产；约束理论； II II Abstract Faceing vigorous rivalry in the globalization market and information technical to continuously develop, The information-based construction of the manufacturing industry becomes more and more important. At present, manufactural level and real strength reflect a nations comprehensive national strength ,its informationization has become the necessary way that the business promotes central competencies. It makes that manufactural enterprise of Mechanical parts need urgently to the improvement of informationalization. The information management system of manufacturing concern is from MRP to MRP Ⅱ,Again ERP, the range of its overlaying deepen constantly. However, ERP mainly focuses on enterprise planning, it emphasizes the program of business, but doesn?t totally cover between the the production management and the production control. MES is a management information system for workshop，which is standing between the high level of planning management system and the low production control level, along with the extensive application of business information management system, continuously promoting of the informatization level, the production control information system of the workshop seems to be for importance to the manufacturing concern.
