论文摘要本文研究的是杭州中山中路近代商贸历史街区的保护与更新问题。通过借鉴国内外历史 论文摘要 本文研究的是杭州中山中路近代商贸历史街区的保护与更新问题。通过借鉴国内外历史 商贸街区的保护与更新经验，结合中山中路具体情况，从历史、文化和商业三个方面进行调 研和分析论证，对街区内的物质与非物质文化的保护和更新实施进行研究，解决该街区的文 化传承和商业振兴问题。 首先，将街区置于整个杭卅I城区的大范围内考察其现今的商业、交通、居住等城市效用， 得出中山中路近代商贸历史街区的功能定位，并以此作为街区保护与更新工作的准绳，借助 小规模更新理论，逐步展开街道、建筑、非物质文化和商业方面的研究。 在作为物质文化的建筑和街道的保护与更新方面，深入调研街区内重要及典型建筑，并 绘制单体建筑的保护与更新措施图表，将建筑基本信息、综合评价、保护方法和利用方式结 合在一起，并附现状图片。引入量化评估系统，确定建筑保护的优先顺序，为保护与更新工 作的实施提供参考。引入分析参数，以区内的小地块为案例，对历史街区街道空间与界面的 控制进行研究，为更新提供量化分析模式。 在商业方面，确定街区的商业定位，分析老字号在历史上的得与失，通过保护、恢复老 字号和调整商业结构，以分区、分期为实施方式，对现有商业进行更新和调整。借助近代商 业氛围的营造，打造具有近代特色的传统商贸街区。 关键词：中山中路近代商贸街区保护与更新 The The Protection and Rebuilding Research of the Neoteric Commercial and Historic Street in Middle Zhongshan Road of Hangzhou Abstract This article is to study the protection and rebuilding of the neoteric commercial and historic street in middle Zhongshan Road of Hangzhou．The domestic and overseas experience about protection and rebuilding of historic commercial streets was used for reference，and the Physical circumstances were considered．We finally investigated and analyzed from three aspects of history, culture．and COlTlnlerce．studied the protection and renewal of material and nonmaterial culture in 也e street．and resolved the problem of culture inheritance and commercial development in the street． Firstly,we put the street at a position in the whole city and reviewed its city avail such business，tr瓶C，inhabitation，and SO on．And thus the functional orientation ofmiddle Zhongshan Road as a neoteric commercial and historic sireet was made．We then used this orientation as rule in the work ofstreet protection and renewal，and gradually investigated the aspects ofstreet， construction,nonmaterial culture，and business by consulting the theory ofrebuilding in miniature， Considering a building with material culture and the protection and rebuilding ofa street，we investigated some important and representative buildings ofthe street in details，protracted diagrams about protection and
