XX学院2010级国际企业管理课程论文 国际企业管理论文 题 目 探索海外直接投资的致胜秘诀—以星巴克为例 系 别 经济与管理学院 专 业 工商管理 学生姓名 XXX 2013 年 5 月 18 日 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II 摘 要 对外直接投资作为企业跨国经营的重要组成部分，对于企业的生产与发展具有重大的意义。为了在国外获得长期的投资效益并得到对企业的控制权，发达国家以及个别的发展中大国都在进行大量的对外直接投资，但并不是所有的投资都会带来丰厚的回报，不当的投资甚至直接导致破产。本文主要运用文献研究法、因素分析法来阐述对外直接投资理论同时结合星巴克的海外直接投资的案例，找到对外投资的致胜秘诀，为企业更好更成功的跨国经营奠定基础，提供理论依据。 关键词 对外直接投资；星巴克；启示 Abstract Foreign direct investment as an important part of the transnational business enterprises for the production and development of great significance.In order to long-term investment returns and get control of the business in a foreign country, the developed countries, as well as individual large developing countries are carrying out a large number of foreign direct investment, but not all of the investment will bring huge returns, investment or even impropera direct result of the bankruptcy. In this paper, the use of a literature study, factor analysis to illustrate the theory of foreign direct investment combined with the case of foreign direct investment in Starbucks, find the recipe for success of foreign investment, and to lay the foundation for better and more successful multinational operations, provide a theoretical basis.
