More and more countries have widely applied it and achieved success. The practice of pre-incubation in for- eign countries is earlier and the outcomes are affluent. This paper gave an overview on foreign studies of the theory and practice about pre-incubation closely around the concept of pre-incubation, and the entrepreneurship college model based on pre-incubation theory, in order to provide a reference for follow-up studies of application and research about pre-incubation.
