60 ● ● 《中国医学前沿杂志 （电子版）》2016 年第8 卷第10 期  论著  DOI ：10.12037/YXQY.2016.10-16 自体移植物和异体移植物在膝关节前后 交叉韧带重建术中的应用效果对比 陈斌，曾昭池，阳波，朱志勇 （解放军第一六九医院　湖南师范大学附属湘南医院　骨科，湖南　衡阳　 42 1002 ） 【摘要】目的 探讨自体移植物和异体移植物在膝关节前后交叉韧带重建术中的应用效果，为治疗方案 的选择提供参考依据。方法 将本院2010 年3 月至2014 年3 月收治的膝关节前后交叉韧带损伤的150 例患者随机分为自体移植组和异体移植组，每组各75 例。比较两组患者手术情况、治疗前后疼痛情况 P 及膝关节功能评分变化情况。结果 自体移植组患者手术时间显著长于异体移植组 （ ＜0.05 ），住院 P 时间显著短于异体移植组 （ ＜0.05 ）。术后1 天和术后2 天，异体移植组患者视觉模拟评分法 （visual P analogue scale，VAS）评分均显著低于自体移植组 （ ＜0.05 ）。术后1 年，两组患者Lysholm 评分、 Larson 评分及国际膝关节文献委员会 （International Knee Documentation Committee，IKDC ）膝关节评估 P 表主观评分较术前均显著增加 （ ＜0.05 ）；术前及术后1 年，两组患者膝关节功能评分组间比较差异 P 均无显著性 （ ＞0.05 ）。结论 自体移植物和异体移植物在前后交叉韧带重建术中均具有良好的应用 效果和安全性，对患者膝关节功能的改善均具有积极意义，临床治疗中可根据患者意愿选择移植物。 【关键词】前后交叉韧带重建术；自体移植物 ；异体移植物 ；膝关节评分 Comparison of the therapeutic effect of autograft and allograft in reconstruction of anterior and poste- rior cruciate ligament CHEN Bin, ZENG Zhao-chi, YANG Bo, ZHU Zhi-yong (Department of Orthopedics, the 169th Hospital of P.L.A, Xiangnan Hospital Affiliated to Hunan Normal University, Hunan, Hengyang 42 1002, China) Corresponding author: YANG Bo, E-mail: Abstract Objective estigate the therapeutic effect of autograft and allograft in arthroscopic 【 】 　To inv reconstruction of anterior and posterior cruciate ligament, and to provide reference for the selection of treatment plans.
