摘 要 由于市场环境的复杂行和客户需求的多样性，传统的库存管理 和控制方法已经不再适用，必须寻找一种适合企业的现代库存控制 方法，并应用到企业当中。诸暨逸雄袜业在最近今年蓬勃发展，但 是随着客户需求的不断变化，诸暨逸雄针织公司的库存问题也就越 来越突出，由于诸暨逸雄针织是一家中小型企业，导致企业无法引 进成本较高的库存控制软件和硬件。因此要使诸暨逸雄袜业的库存 得到有效的控制必须找到好的适用于企业但是成本较低的库存控制 方法。因此本文以诸暨逸雄针织有限公司为例采用了比较适合公司 的控制方法-DOQ，同时对仓库重新进行了布局。 关键词：库存控制，仓库布局，供应商管理库存，最优动态批量 I ABSTRACT Market environment as a result of the complexity of firms and the diversity of customer needs, the traditional method of inventory management and control is no longer applicable, we must find a suitable modern business method of inventory control, and apply to the enterprises.
