教学流程:
Step1.Warm-up
1. Greeting.师生用英语互相问候。
2. Listen and sing a song together.
Step2.Lead-in
Show the pictures. “We are all different now.” Everyone is different. Mike and John are different, too. This class we will learn about Mike and John’s changes.
Step3.Presentation
1. Show the questions:“ How did Mike change? How did John change? ”
2. Watch the video.
3. Listen and underline the key sentences.
4. Ss show their sentences and say the Chinese meaning.
5. Let Ss show their answers, then check together.
6. Read the conversation after the record. (3 times)
Step4. Practice
1. Role Play in groups.
2. Role Play in pairs.
3. Role Play show.
Step5. Consolidation and extension
1. Guide Ss to describe “Then and now” of Yao Ming.
2. Ss describe their own or friend’s changes.
