湖北工业大学硕士学位论文Abstract 湖北工业大学硕士学位论文 Abstract The rapid development of communication technology has caused profound changes in the field of automation．and has gradually formed a network and fuU opening structure in the automatic control system，and the fieldbus is a profolund change in the crucial technology．Fieldbus iS a kind of network for intelligent device of work field， which developed in the 80一90 of 20st century．1t has been widely used in the fields of process automation，manufacture automation as well as building automation．As a new technology,the fieldbus integrated computer technology,communication technology and control techn0109y；and SO，it has been the focus of the automation development of the world．It is necessary that research and develope our own fieldbus products in order to cooperate with the prospect of our country’S economv． This paper mainly talks about a communication system based on DeviceNet fieldbus．The system mainly accomplishes the exchange of message between the nodes by host scanning associated nodes．Tlle hardware of the communication system includes the DN—PCI．5 l 10 host control card and CADAM series associated cards．and the software uses C++as a programming language．The user first configures the associated nodes parameters，then open the host card to scan the associated cards，and the result of the scanning could be transmitted to the host device by DeviceNet fiedbus．And then the transmission of message between host node and associated nodes iS completed，which actually iS a requisite of introducing Aiax into DeviceNet fieldbus control system． This article first studies the related issues of the DeviceNet protoc01．and the connecting message groups，I／O data trigger mode，communication patterns are analyzed and compared．Then according to the character of fieldbus technology and the needing of hardware in the system，the whole design of the hardware and the software in the communication system is given，and the software and hardware of the system i
