京津 京津冀人力资本与产业结构调整的关系研究 河北 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 THE RESEARCH ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HUMAN CAPITAL AND ADJUSTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE IN BEIJING-TIANJIN-HEBEI REGION ABSTRACT Under the knowledge economy background, Human capital and industrial structure play important parts in regional economic development. The adjustment of Industrial restructuring is the process that the allocation of resources tended to be optimized, production efficiency improved, product supply and demand approximate balance. The process of adjustment implements through the transfer of resources, technological progress and market-oriented, in which the human capital factors that contained will play a very important role on the adjustment of industrial structure. Human capital and industrial restructuring have a close link between each other, so the research on the relations between them has most important theoretical and practical significance. Based on theoretical analysis, this paper particularly analysis the interaction relationship between human capital and industrial structure status of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Next, the paper introduces two indicators that is the employees educational level and in the industrial structure adjustment factor, and empirical analysis the relationship between the human capital level and industrial restructuring of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Though co-integration and error correction model, we find that human capital and industrial restructuring exists the short and long term balance in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Then, this paper adopts Granger causality test exam the causal relationship between them, The test results showed that the interaction between the level of human capital and industrial restructuring of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is that the risen of human capital level effectively promotes industrial restructuring, but industrial restructuring is not the reason of human capital level prompt.
