摘要随着科学技术的不断发展，社会的不断进步，企业在市场经济条件下的竞争 摘要 随着科学技术的不断发展，社会的不断进步，企业在市场经济条件下的竞争 更加激烈，计划经济下的管理模式已经不适应企业现代化的管理要求，成为企业 发展的羁绊。在这种形势下，企业为了更好的生存下去，就必须尽快改变旧的管 理方式，采用先进的科学技术和管理方法，借助设备管理信息系统的引用和实施， 提高企业的管理水平和工作效率，为企业的发展提供保障。然而，我们也看到， 许多企业在使用设备管理信息系统的过程中还存在着一些问题和困难，使设备管 理软件系统不能充分的发挥作用，给设备管理带来了严峻的挑战，因而，迫切地 需要先进的设备管理理念、技术和方法。 本文首先研究了设备管理信息系统的地位、业务内容以及与ERP的关系，接 着通过对设备管理系统～MXIMO软件系统的介绍，展开了对设备管理信息系统在 实施过程中遇到的运行转换、组织变革、人员配备等相关问题的调查研究，在此 基础上，通过结合某作业分公司在实施KAXIMO设备管理系统的实证研究，探讨 在引用设备管理系统软件时如何能够有效地避免主要问题的发生，辅助企业设备 管理人员管理好企业设备，使设备管理科、数字化，提高企业的管理现代化水平， 最后，通过MAXlMO设备管理系统在作业分公司的具体应用情况及改进对策来进 一步地进行评价及总结，提出了系统今后需要继续改进与完善的地方。同时给后 者的相关研究提供借鉴。 关键词：设备管理，企业资源计划，设备管理信息系统，MA．XliO软件，报表开发 ABSTRACTScience ABSTRACT Science and technology breakthroughs are rapidly taking place as 0111-society advances．Competition in this market has become fierce and competitive．In order to compete in the technological field,new management strategies must be dynamic and contanporary．Former management practices under the planned economy system arc rio longer in line wim contemporary ideas．Therefore strategies will need to be modified in order to survive in the modern high tech world．The Plant Management Information System(PMIS)is designed to improve working efficiencies．However it may not bring about a desired effect due to the difficulty ofthe PMIS implementation in the enterprise to some extant．It is consequently necessary to search for an improved approach to bring the PMIS to a specific purpose and help the enterprisers to enhance the overall plant management quality． The thesis firstly researches the status of the PMIS，its application,content and relationship with the ERP．Then introduce the MAXIMO system，which is one of the development trends of PMIS．Thirdly begin the problem investigation and analysis about the system changeover,organization and personnel reorganization when the PMIS system Was put into use．Based Oil the above，together with the example investigation ofthe implementation ofthe operating company,give the clea
