人连理工人学硕士研究生学位论文摘 人连理工人学硕士研究生学位论文 摘 要 大规模定制是21世纪企业竞争的前沿问题，该种模式与传统的大规模生产模式在 很多方面都存在显著的差异，因而其供应链管理策略也必然与大规模生产下的供应链管 理策略有所不同。延迟策略于是应运而生，在供应链管理中发挥着重要作用，而推测策 略作为传统的管理策略依然具有一定的优势。因此，如何建立一种简便而有效的决策分 析模型，针对具体的问题，在延迟与推测这两种管理策略之间选择一个合适的方案，是 亟需解决的重要课题。本文的探索性研究将对供应链管理之延迟策略加以发展，旨在帮 助人们合理地选择管理策略，为供应链管理提供科学的参考依据。论文侧重于决策指标 体系的建立，以影响管理策略选择的决策因素作为切入点，建立了一个有效的决策分析 模型。 首先，结合汽车产业最近几年的发展情况，引出延迟策略在供应链管理中应用的可 能性，并进一步探讨了在供应链管理中运用该策略的可行性。 其次，系统地阐述了延迟策略的基本理念与应用方法，着重将延迟策略与传统的以 库存拉动为基本特征的推测策略进行了比较分析。研究表明，这两种策略在核心思想、 驱动源、战略目标等诸多方面都存在着本质上的差异。 再次，根据前面的分析结果， 重点分析了影响供应链管理策略选择的决策因素， 并基于改进的层次分析方法，引入信息论中熵的概念，建立一套决策因素指标体系，为 供应链管理者提供了一种简便、可靠的定量决策模型。 晟后，基于构建的决策模型，选取典型案例验证该模型的可靠性与适用性，并在分 析的基础上，针对该决策模型中可能存在的一些问题，提出了几点有益的改进建议。 关键词：大规模定制；供应链管理；推测策略；延迟策略；层次分析法 基于MC的供府链下延迟策略选择模型研究Selection 基于MC的供府链下延迟策略选择模型研究 Selection Model Research of Postponement Strategy in Supply Chain based on Mass Customization kbstract Mass Customization is the frontier issue ofthe enterprise competition in the new century， it differs from the Mass Production，and therefore asks for the matched supply chain management model which differs from that for the Mass Production．It is obvious that both PostlcIonement Strategy and Speculation Strategy have their advantages and disadvantages．So， how to build an effective and simple judgment model for the selection of management strategy become an important issue．The explorative study of this paper can promote the development of supply chain management theory，and it offers foundation to people for judgment．The dissertation focuses on study of establishment of valuation index system and method ofvaluation，launching on analysis on effect factors ofsupply chain strategy selection and bulling an effective decision—making model aiming at helping people choose an appropriate supply chain strategy． In the first place，this paper analyses the development of automobile industry and bring forward the possibility and feasibility ofpostponement strategy in supply chain management． In the second place，this paper
