Methods : Career self-efficacy, career outcome expectation, career interest and career choice intention scales were administered to 369 subjects. Results : There were not only indirect relations between career self-efficacy, career outcome expectations through career interest, but also direct relation. The mediating influences of career interest were 54.18% and 56.70% respectively.
