调查·研究 Survey 辽宁省2013年医疗机构医疗废物管理 现状调查 兰德增 吴晓熙 李冬梅 王照华 李云飞 陈学军 季丽娜 [ 摘 要 ] 目的：了解辽宁省医疗机构医疗废物管理现状，为加强医疗机构医疗废物监督管理工作提供参考依据。方法： 根据医疗废物管理的相关规定设计调查表，对全省医疗机构和集中处置单位有关情况进行调查。结果：2013 年，医疗废物分 类收集合格率为 88.3%，使用专用包装物或容器合格率为 85.5%，交接登记合格率为 85.3%，贮存设施合格率为 72.8%，运 送工具合格率为 61.9%，工作人员职业卫生防护合格率为 73.9%；医疗废物集中处置率为37.1%，自行处置率为 62.9%。结论： 医疗机构应当为医疗废物管理提供符合要求的设施、设备和相关用品，落实医疗废物管理制度；有关主管部门要加强监督管理， 采取有效办法解决医疗废物最终处置问题。 [ 关键词 ] 医疗机构；医疗废物；管理；现状 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2015.01.027 Investigation of medical waste management of medical institutions in Liaoning province in 2013 / LAN Dezeng, WU Xiaoxi, LI Dongmei, WANG Zhaohua, LI Yunfei, CHEN Xuejun, JI Lina // Bureau for Liaoning health inspection,Shenyang, China 110005 /// Chinese Nursing Management-2015,15(1): 86-89 [Abstract] Objective: To learn about current situation of medical waste management in Liaoning province, in order to provide a reference for strengthening the supervision and management. Method: A unified questionnaire was developed according to the medical waste management relevant rules, and then medical waste management current situation was investigated. Result: In 2013, the qualified rate for classified collection of medical waste, use of special packaging or container, handover registration, temporary facilities,conveyance,staff occupational health protection, centralized disposal, and self disposal were 88.3%,85. 5%,85.3%,72.8%,61.9%,73.9%,37.1% and 62.9%, respectively. Conclusion: Medical institutions should provide requirements about facilities,equipments and related products for the medical waste disposal, and medical waste management system should be implemented.Relevant departments should strengthen supervision and management and take effective measures to solve the problem of medical waste disposal.
